Al Badia Cement (JSC) – Announces its first Campus Recruitment activity in cooperation with Damascus University in the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

This event is set to welcome Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical graduate engineers from all Syrian Universities to personally attend and meet Al Badia Cement recruitment team.

The importance of this event emerges from the Company’s fundamental role in supporting graduates and helping them to build their career path with a company that offers the right tools for successful career development.

Al Badia Cement is a joint-stock company emerged from a joint venture of reputable international Companies and local investors and obtained a private cement production concession in Syria, with annual licensed OPC production capacity of 3.2 million tons and authorized capital of 12.2 billion Syrian pounds.

Al Badia Cement is almost done with its plant construction phase in Abo-El-Shamat area (80 km north east Damascus – Palmyra road) and will start supplying the building and construction industry in Syria with quality OPC cement by first Quarter 2011.

As the company is approaching the start of production, Al Badia Cement is seeking the best graduates and highly distinctive persons to join them to its team, and work with them with proper care, development and training to eventually build the best qualified human resources who are capable to build the competitive advantage of the Syrian local industry.
