Employment Relationship Specialist

Monitor, review and evaluate all personnel policies and practices of the Al Badia Cement to ensure compliance with laws and legislation; advise managers and employees of their rights and obligations in personnel matters and employee evaluations; conduct investigations related to disciplinary matters involving employees; managers and coordinate and facilitate the grievance procedures.
