السادة مساهمي شركة اسمنت البادية المساهمة المغفلة عملاً بقرار الجمعية العمومية العادية المنعقدة بتاريخ 29/4/2010 قررت الشركة دعوة المساهمين لتسديد الدفعة الرابعة المستحقة للأسهم بقيمة /20%/ (100 ليرة سورية للسهم الواحد) وذلك من 1 حزيران ولغاية 30 حزيران للعام 2010 لدى أي من فروع بنك عودة – سورية.


بالنسبة للسادة المساهمين الذين يتوجب عليهم تسديد الدفعة بالقطع الأجنبي (دولار أمريكي, يورو, ريال سعودي), فيترتب عليهم السداد حسب سعر الصرف (حوالات/شراء) الوارد في نشرة أسعار مصرف سورية المركزي بتاريخ التحويل الفعلي المتوفر على الموقع التالي:

يرجى اخذ العلم بأن مجلس إدارة شركة اسمنت البادية (ش.م.م.) سيبدأ بتاريخ 1 تموز لعام 2010 باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لبيع أسهم المساهمين المتخلفين عن سداد الدفعة الرابعة بالمزاد العلني في حال عدم التسديد , وذلك عملاً بأحكام الفقرة /6/ من المادة /92/ من قانون الشركات رقم /3/, حيث سيتم مطالبة المتخلفين عن سداد الدفعة المستحقة بالأسهم والمصاريف وفرق سعر السهم.

Dear Al Badia Cement Shareholders with reference to the decision made by the Normal General Assembly held on April 29, 2010, where the company decided to call shareholders to settle the fourth due payment for capital shares at the value /20%/ (100 Syrian Pounds for each share), during the period 01.06.2010 until 30.06.2010 strictly at any of Audi Syria Bank branches spread in Syria, at Al Badia Cement Co account.

As for the shareholders who must settle the payment in foreign currency (US dollar, Euro, Saudi Riyal), they should be according to the exchange rate of the (transfer/buying) published at the Central Bank of Syria prices bulletin on the date of the actual transfer rate available at the following site: (Foreign Exchange \ Buying) www.banquecentrale.gov.sy

Please note that the Board of Directors of Al Badia Cement will start taking necessary legal actions as of 01.07.2010, that will lead to auctioning shares for the shareholders who declined settlement of their 4th capital payment, in the specified period, and as per company's law Act No. /3/ Article /92/ - Item /6/. The shareholders that will default for payment will have to bear related expenses for selling their shares and any loss due to difference between paid amounts and actual selling price in the auction.
