Employment Relationship Specialist Monitor, review and evaluate all personnel policies and practices of the Al Badia Cement to ensure compliance with laws and legislation; advise managers and employees of their rights and obligations in personnel matters and employee evaluations; conduct investigations related to disciplinary matters involving employees; managers and coordinate and facilitate the grievance procedures.

Security Supervisor

Supervise and manage the Security staff. He is totally responsible of insuring the security of human beings, valuable materials, and classified documents pertaining to the premises, He will also be responsible of analyzing security documents and manuals, maintains appropriate levels of controls, performs periodic security inspections and processes for accesses control and preparing daily, weekly and monthly security reports.

Electrical Technician

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. Install intercom systems or electrical control systems.

Mechanical Technician

Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments. May also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
