Cement grinding and packing process

The clinker is ground with an amount of gypsum to a fine powder in order to regulate the setting time of cement and to gain the most important property of cement, which is compressive strength. To produce different types of cement (e.g. Portland Pozzolana Cement), the required additives are ground with clinker and gypsum to a very fine powder and then used as desired. The cement stored in silos is then packed and delivered in different ways, e.g. bagged or bulk, as per the customer‘s requirement.
